Hi, I’m April - a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, speaker, certified yoga teacher, and creator of The Simple Pillars Framework™. Before creating The Simple Pillars Framework™ and founding The Midlife Space™, I spent almost two decades working at the National Institutes of Health studying nutrition, aging, and women’s health.

Today, as a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, speaker, and certified yoga teacher, I help women approaching or navigating midlife and menopause cut through overwhelm and build sustainable wellbeing — one simple, intentional step at a time.

I believe women don’t need more information.
They need guidance in figuring out what works for them.

Outside of coaching, you’ll usually find me outside walking, practicing yoga (maybe with puppies involved), chasing sunshine and beach days whenever possible, curled up with a good book or spending time with my husband and our super extra French bulldog, Drummer...reminders that health isn’t something separate from life, but something we build within it.
